Ensure you are signed into your Gmail account with the domain @glm.edu.co before proceeding.
Navigate to the Google Calendar associated with your account.
Select the "Create" button, then choose the "Appointment schedule" option from the dropdown menu.
Provide a descriptive and relevant title for the appointment schedule.
Specify the length of each appointment slot to suit your requirements.
Refine the settings by addressing the following aspects:
Availability Window: Clearly delineate the days and time slots during which appointments can be scheduled. If appointments are confined to a single day, remove the irrelevant slots.
Scheduling Intervals: If applicable, limit the booking intervals to specific timeframes within the defined availability.
Custom Availability Adjustments: For precise management, indicate the exact hours you are available on particular dates.
Reserved Appointments Management: Oversee and modify the appointments already booked, which will be displayed on your calendar.
Once these parameters are set, click "Next" to continue.
Include a location for the appointment, such as "Gimnasio La Montaña," to provide attendees with relevant context.
Finalize the setup by selecting "Save." A summary of the newly created appointment schedule will be displayed, offering the option to make edits if necessary.
Upon saving, a window summarizing the schedule will open. Click "Open booking page" to access the public-facing link, then copy the URL for subsequent use.
Access the following spreadsheet:
Locate the row corresponding to the class you oversee, enter your name, and paste the booking page link in the designated column.
In your Google Calendar, appointments scheduled by others will appear as small blocks within the allocated availability slots, allowing you to track reservations effortlessly.
