Add IXL Activity

Before you start

don't forget to log in to MiGLM

1. Selecting the Course

From the homepage, go to the “Courses” tab.
Within the "Materials" section, choose the specific course you want to work on.

2. Course Option

Access the “Materials” Section: After entering your course, go to the “Materials” section in the navigation menu.

3. Clic Add Materials

In the “Materials” section, click the “Add Materials” button to start adding new resources or content to your course.

4. Select IXL Learning

After clicking “Add Materials”, find and select the “IXL Learning” option to integrate or access IXL content within your course.

5. Choosing the Subject and Course in IXL

Select the Subject and Course: Once in IXL, a menu will appear where you can choose the relevant subject and course.

Search for the Activity: Use the provided options to search for the specific activity you want to add to your course.

6. Selecting and Linking Activities in IXL

Select the Activity: Click on the desired activity to select it.

Click the “Link skill” button

Within the activity, locate and select the “Link skill” you want to include in your course.

You can link activities by clicking “Link,” and if you need to remove any, simply click “Unlink” to deselect them

7.Reviewing and Assigning Activities

Once you’ve selected the activities, you will see the total count displayed at the bottom left. Then, click the “Review and Assign” button to add them to your course.

8. Saving the Activity

Next, you will see a summary of the activities you’ve added, along with the option to delete an activity or add more. Please note that you must enter the assignment name ("Assignment name") before proceeding and click "Save" to save your changes.
