Add Edpuzzle Activity

Before you start

1. Selecting the Course

From the homepage, go to the “Courses” tab.
Within the "Materials" section, choose the specific course you want to work on.

2. Course Option

Access the “Materials” Section: After entering your course, go to the “Materials” section in the navigation menu.

3. Clic Add Materials

In the “Materials” section, click the “Add Materials” button to start adding new resources or content to your course.

4. Select IXL Learning

After clicking “Add Materials”, find and select the Edpuzzle option to integrate or access Edpuzzle content within your course.

5. Add or select new content

Select an Existing Activity: Choose an activity that has already been created in Edpuzzle.

Add New Content: Alternatively, you can click the “+ Add New Content” button to create a new activity by going to Edpuzzle.

6. Select an Existing Activity in Edpuzzle

Click on “Discover”: Instead of creating new content, click on the “Discover” button in Edpuzzle.

Choose an Existing Activity: Search for an activity that hasn’t been added to your content yet and select it.


 Copy the Activity to Your Content

Locate the Desired Activity: Once you've found the activity you want to add, click on it.

Copy to Your Content: After selecting the activity, click to copy the video to your content for further use.

Verify the Activity in "My Content"

Ensure that the activity has been successfully added to your content library.

7. Add the Activity in Schoology

Return to Schoology: Once the activity has been added to your content in Edpuzzle, go back to Schoology.

Select the Activity: The activity should now appear in Schoology, ready for you to add it to your course.

8. Proceed with the Selected Activity

Click "Next": After selecting the activity, click the "Next" button to continue with the process.

After selecting the activity, adjust the settings as needed and click "Assign" to assign the activity.

9. Editing the Activity

Locate the activity you created, then click the gear icon to open the options menu and select “Edit.”

10. Enable Grading

To finalize, a window will open where you need to check the box that says "Enable Grading" so you can continue with the process you already know.

Monitor Student Engagement

Once the activity is assigned, students must have accessed the video for them to appear in the students section.
