Subject Option
Choose the term you want to grade before starting to fill in the reports.
You can search for a subject directly from the reports section — no need to go back to the home page.
For better visualization, you can filter your view using the available options shown above.
Once you select the term, the grading fields will be enabled.
Click on a cell to open the grading panel.
You can only select grades from this panel — typing with the keyboard is not available yet.
Each grade is linked to its comment:
Subject comment → for the overall subject grade.
Goal comment → for each specific goal.

Whether the subject is numeric or qualitative, the grading options adjust automatically.
That means, for numeric subjects you’ll see quantitative options, and for qualitative subjects you’ll see descriptive options.
In numeric subjects, the minimum grade allowed is 1 — the system does not accept 0.
Quantitative Subjects
Qualitative Subjects
Every time you change a grade or comment, it will be saved automatically, and a success message will appear on screen.
If you select a grade and want to change it, simply choose another grade — it will update automatically.
To delete a grade, click the trash icon 🗑️.
A confirmation message will appear before the grade is removed.

Grade the overall subject using the “Overall” section next to the student’s name.
Use the Subject View Button to go back, or Progress View to see the subject’s progress.
Both options are next to the Subject and Term fields.
In the Progress View, you’ll find summary cards for both subjects and goals.
Each card includes a table by term showing grades and progress.
This view provides an overview of how many students are passing or failing the subject and each goal.
