Unifying Elements section
Unifying Elements section
In the Unifying Elements section, you will find the list of students assigned to the selected classroom.
At the top of the page, you can use the Search Student field to filter the list and quickly locate a specific student.
The table includes the following information and actions:
Students: This column displays the students enrolled in the classroom.

Not Promoted
Not Promoted
Not Promoted: Use this checkbox only if the student will not be promoted to the next academic year.
When you select this option, a confirmation window will appear. Review the student’s name carefully and click Confirm only if you are sure. Otherwise, click Cancel.

The next columns correspond to the unifying elements that must be evaluated for each student:

To complete each field, click the dropdown menu and select the appropriate performance level:
Excelente
Bueno
Aceptable
En proceso
Insuficiente
Grading Unifying Elements
Once selected, the chosen value will appear in the corresponding cell. Make sure each student has the correct evaluation before continuing.

View a student’s Unifying Elements history
View a student’s Unifying Elements history
To review a student’s previous records, click on the student’s name.
A dialog window will open showing the student’s Unifying Elements history. In this view, you can review the evaluations registered in previous academic periods or grades.

At the top of the dialog, you can also change the selected student. Click on the student’s name dropdown and choose another student from the list.
This allows you to quickly review different students’ records without closing the dialog window.
